Getting Started: Your Initial Consultation
All new clients begin with a 1-hour initial consultation. This session allows us to gather the essential information we need to develop a personalised nutrition strategy tailored specifically to you.
Depending on your goals and needs, your plan may take the form of a practical go-to guide, a detailed and prescriptive protocol, or it may involve some initial exploration (e.g. food tracking or symptom mapping) before a clear path forward is established.
Our approach is flexible and grounded in individualised care. No two plans are the same, and we can’t define yours until we’ve completed a thorough assessment. Whether you’re navigating food intolerances, aiming to optimise body composition, or enhancing performance, we prioritise what matters most to you.
Your practitioner will apply their clinical expertise to chart the most effective and realistic course from where you are now to where you want to be. Your tailored plan will be presented and explained at your follow-up appointment, ideally scheduled within 7 days of your initial session. We recommend booking this at the same time as your first consultation to avoid unnecessary delays.
Can I do a joint session with my daughter/brother/friend? Unless you’re same-sex twins with identical appetites and training loads, we’ll need to see each person for their own initial consultation. Nutrition is personal, and we want to give you the attention you deserve.
That said, family and partners are always welcome to come along for support!
Online Consultations (Telehealth)

Booking a Telehealth Appointment
To book an online (telehealth) session, start by selecting one of our physical clinic locations. This will display the practitioners available on your chosen day. Don’t worry – you’re not booking an in-person session, but this step is needed to view our team’s availability.
From there, select the “Telehealth” appointment type. Be sure to check both clinic locations to find the time and day that best suits you.
Telehealth Payment Policy
All telehealth sessions require upfront payment, typically 3–5 days before your appointment. Our reception team will contact you in advance to arrange payment and confirm your session details.
Mentoring & Supervision for Dietitians

Choosing to pursue mentoring & supervision will allow you to reflect, learn and grow skills and confidence as a dietitian.
Supervision is a collaborative partnership that empowers growth through reflective practice. Supervision is becoming increasingly common as a means to become the most effective practitioner you can be. Sally Anderson is a trained supervisor, available to offer supervision to APD’s and sports dietitians, in the area of performance nutrition and/or eating disorders.
